This Privacy Policy explains how Workevo, LLC ("Workevo", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile applications published on Google Play and our website (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
- Content you provide, such as prompts, photos, videos or text you submit to AI features.
- Device and usage data, such as device model, OS version, app version, crash logs and in-app events.
- Advertising identifiers and approximate location derived from IP address, used for ads and analytics.
- Purchase records handled by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve app features, including AI processing of content you submit.
- To show ads, measure performance and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests and send service notices.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
Our apps may use third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and AI processing (for example Google Firebase and Google AdMob). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Content submitted for AI processing is not kept longer than required to deliver the result, unless you save it in the app.
Your choices and rights
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings, and uninstall an app at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us to make a request.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method is fully secure.
